Manufacturing Capability

Pre-Formed Windings can provide bespoke replacement windings for Diamond coils for 400-22,000 Volt motors and generators, Armature Coils Up to 3000 volts and Concentric Coils from 400 - 22,000 volts. Customers can order coils with a choice of insulation systems to bespoke designs as well as standard NEEMA, Hermetic and Hybrid / Combination designs. Insulation types available include hot and un-pressed resin rich to VPI with a broad selection of specialist insulating materials ranging from Mica/Film to Enamel/Dacron. Finished components are manufactured to ISO 9001:2000, BS EN 50209:1999, ESI 44-5 standards as well as To Customer specification.

Pre-formed Windings produces various types of coils for end users, repairers and OEM’s around the world. The Coils are for various AC and DC applications including High Voltage Motors and Generators and Traction Motors.
